Former Bardot babe Sophie Monk has landed herself in a high-profile relationship that could propel her status in Hollywood to new heights.Just weeks after scoring a lead role in Adam Sandler's film Click, Monk has found romance with Jason Statham, the star of Guy Ritchie's blockbuster Revolver.
Tagged "the hottest British property in Hollywood" by the British press, screen hardman Statham's latest action packed flick Transporter 2 broke US Labor Day box office records when it opened at the beginning of the month.
And in the fickle word of Tinseltown - where having a hot commodity on your arm is the most lucrative accessory next to a pair of Manolo Blahnik's - Monk's connection to Statham could be her pathway to mega-stardom.
The beefy Brit, the new owner of a $1.2 million home off LA's Sunset Plaza, was spotted whisking Monk off after a dinner at top Hollywood eatery California Vegan.
And if UK press reports are to be believed, Statham appears to be pretty stoked about his Aussie bombshell.
"Things couldn't be better for me," he told The Mirror.
Life couldn't be rosier for Monk either, who is currently filming giggle-flick Click alongside top US talent Sandler, Christopher Walken and Kate Beckinsale.
