Originally from Tasmania, Laura moved to Melbourne to pursue her career as a commercial dancer and is now "ready to progress from my girlish past and take on public responsibilities, make a difference and be noticed".

She thinks the best thing about being a princess would be the "social engagements, amazing clothes and a Prince Charming" who she imagines would be "well spoken, secure and wear nice suits".

Laura admits to "playing devils advocate and always putting myself first", however, she's "considerate of other people's feelings" even though she tends to "tell others what I think even if it may hurt them".

Believing that everyone should create their own religion, she's a devout follower of LAURAISM and her daily rituals are going to the gym and solarium.
