Kate Winslet starved herself for a week before shooting a nude scene in her new movie.

The actress was so scared of showing off her curves in political thriller All The King's Men she wouldn't let herself eat for days before filming. She revealed: "I starved myself for a week. I was completely paranoid about the while thing. I've had two kids! And I had to walk across a room naked."

Despite getting in shape for the revealing scene, Kate admits she is really nervous about seeing the film in case she has wobbly bits. She said: "I'm dreading it."
