Jessica Simpson stormed out of her sister Ashlee's party in London earlier this week, shouting: "I don't want to be here ... why won't people just leave me alone?" Britain's Mirror reports.

Ashlee had just made her successful West End debut as Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago. But Jessica, who split from husband Nick Lachey last year, clearly wasn't at her best.

"Jess is quite down at the moment," her dad Joe said. "She's not comfortable talking to people as she's quite depressed."

Contactmusic also reports Jess's dad Joe has slammed Jackass star Bam Margera for claiming he had sex with Jessica, insisting he wants to "beat the crap" out of him.
