Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes may soon be vacating the enormous Beverly Hills mansion that the Mission: Impossible star has been leasing since his split with second wife Nicole Kidman in 2001.Reports claim that Tom, 44, paid almost $US10 million in cash last year for a brand-new home in the Hollywood Hills.
The 12-room, 5,000 sq ft property, which sits on 2.5 acres, also has an older house on the grounds which is undergoing renovations and may be used to provide extra space for guests.
"It's a huge property by most people's standards, but for Katie, it will offer far more intimacy than the massive house she and Tom are in now," an insider told OK!
