It's Surfers Taradise. Well, it will be next week when globetrotting Hollywood party girl and star of American Pie, Tara Reid, jets into the Gold Coast.The 31 year old blonde has accepted an invitation to attend the Magic Millions racing carnival as a celebrity guest.
Her appearance at the Gold Coast Turf Club will be a coup for the event.
Magic Million's part owners, high profile businessmen Gerry Harvey and John Singleton, are hoping the publicity surrounding Reid's attendance will help create a thoroughbred carnival second only to the Melbourne Cup.
Her visit will be hot on the designer heels of Paris Hilton's Sydney sojourn to promote Singleton's new beer Bondi Blonde.
