Vivica A Fox has been done for driving under the influence, TMZ.com has discovered today. The alleged incident happened at 10.57pm on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, the site reported.

Sources said police pursued the 2007 Cadillac Escalade she was driving. She was reportedly unable to perform a field sobriety test.

The ex-Dancing With the Stars contestant was then placed under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was taken to Van Nuys jail where she submitted to two breathalyser tests.

CHP spokesman Leland Tang told TMZ, "It was definitely over the .08 legal limit." Fox was cited and released to appear in court at a later date.
