Three new entries give the Australian singles chart a shuffle this week, but Fergie can't be moved from the top spot.

With the new series of Australian Idol just kicking off, contestants will feel inspired by the strong Idol presence in the charts this week. Shannon Noll, minus the flavour-saver, has debuted at No.3 and pop princess Ricki-Lee slips two places, but still sits solidly in seventh spot.

In preparation for his tour down under in November Justin Timberlake and rapper 50 Cent enter the chart at No.10.

Fall Out Boy is the only artist to climb the chart with their single Thnks Fr Th Mmrs at No.6.

In the Australian album charts, Idol winner and Irishman Damien Leith features with Where We Land at fourth place.

Aussie sisters The Waifs enter the charts with Sun Dirt Water at No.2. The remaining albums are stayers from last week, most sliding slowly down the top 10, aside from the Australian acts at nine and ten, John Butler Trio and Powderfinger.
