Kerr professes to running, boxing and strength training with a personal coach, and is a yoga nut who sticks to a strict organic diet.
It's a way of life she hopes to share with her legion of young fans, revealing she is working on producing a natural health book for girls.
"It's a summary of ideas that have helped me along the way, with my eating and way of life," Kerr tells Vogue.
"It works for me."
No-one could argue with that.
